Frequently asked questions
Is the compliance check free?
Yes. Taking a photo, running the compliance check and previewing the result are free. Saving or exporting the clean, processed photo requires an SG Photo Pro subscription.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, select SG Photo Pro and choose Cancel.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. All photo processing happens on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
My photo was rejected by the authority
The app checks your photo against published guidelines, but final acceptance is always at the discretion of the receiving authority. If your photo was rejected, contact support and we will help you figure out what went wrong.
